About the Role
EconoLease is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales of Clover POS systems and payment processing solutions. The role involves proactive outreach to existing customers, cross-selling, and managing referrals.

Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to introduce and promote payment processing services
- Foster connections with internal sales employees on the leasing team to facilitate lead referrals
- Track and manage sales activities through defined sales process and CRM
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to encourage merchants to adopt payment processing POS platform
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings
- Work in conjunction with Sales Manager for post client sale relationship management
Requirements
- 1 year of sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication (great command of English)
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Self motivated with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in using software applications like Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
- Strategic thinker
- Great decision making capabilities
