About the Role
TheFork is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for its UK sales team in London.
The role focuses on acquiring restaurant clients and building new business through inbound and outbound sales.
What You Will Do
- Prospect UK restaurants through cold calling and manage incoming requests.
- Use consultative selling to understand restaurant needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Explain how TheFork’s platform can improve restaurant revenue and guest bookings.
- Manage prospects from initial contact through qualification, objection handling, close, and online launch.
- Share UK market insights with onboarding and marketing teams to improve strategy and customer experience.
Critical Qualifications
- Bring 1–2 years of success in inbound sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Work confidently toward individual KPIs and sales targets.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and engage unexpected prospects.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting or initial contact through close.
- Communicate commercially and confidently with business owners and decision-makers.
- Use Salesforce or a similar CRM and maintain accurate pipeline and activity data.
- Remain resilient and tenacious when handling rejection.
