Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to help grow our cybersecurity business by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and promoting cybersecurity products and services.

Industry: IT Infrastructure and cybersecurity

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Sales or telecalling experience preferred
• Comfortable using CRM, email, and social media platforms.
