EduMarvel is hiring a Program Coordinator and Operations Executive in its Back Office Operations department.
The role supports school outreach, program implementation, sales and marketing coordination, logistical planning, and order tracking.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls, identify school decision-makers, generate leads, and schedule meetings for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Organise school visits, including travel arrangements, resources, confirmations, and requirements.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and contracts and coordinate document finalisation with legal and sales teams.
- Collect school feedback, report insights, and support timely resolution of school concerns.
- Manage educational-material orders, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, records, and inventory support.
- Provide administrative and operational support for programs and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any field.
- 2–3 years of experience in EdTech sales.
- Good command of spoken and non-spoken English.
