To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Project Specialist will be responsible for assisting the sales team by providing administrative support, managing sales data, coordinating customer communications, and handling order processing.

The role ensures the smooth operation of the sales function, improving efficiency and helping the sales team focus on meeting revenue goals.

• Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
