Role Definition
The Inside Sales role manages and converts inbound sales enquiries into confirmed orders for standard products.
The role focuses on customer understanding, techno-commercial quotations, timely follow-up, repeat business, order execution, payment collection, and customer satisfaction.
Inbound Lead Management
- Attend incoming enquiries through phone, email, website, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable standard products.
- Qualify enquiries based on application, urgency, and commercial potential.
- Record and update all enquiries in the CRM.
Quotation and Proposal Management
- Prepare accurate techno-commercial quotations.
- Coordinate internally for pricing, delivery, and technical clarifications.
- Send quotations within the defined turnaround time.
- Revise quotations when required.
