Job Summary
Provide internal and external sales support for the EMEIA Sales Division.
Consult Product and Sales Management on business needs and offer creative ideas to support growth.
Maintain information for lead tracking and marketing databases.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to Area Sales Managers and distributors, including enquiries, pricing requests, order management, and customer communications.
- Support sales growth initiatives as a member of the internal sales team.
- Coordinate sales events, meetings, training sessions, factory visits, and trade shows.
- Support sales, marketing, public relations, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver onsite and remote support to customers and sales teams.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
- Maintain customer, distributor, prospect, and competitor databases.
Basic Qualifications and Competencies
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
