The Inside Sales Support Associate is responsible for helping the business develop strong relationships with their clients and customers through collaboration and guidance from the VP of Sales and the Project Manager.

include but not limited to answering customer questions, helping resolve problems, and making suggestions regarding the purchase of additional products and services.

Additional duties include administrative functions, attending trade shows, performing customer demonstrations, building potential sales leads and inventory and logistics support.

This role uses skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of a product or service.
