Location: Remote reporting into Ville St-Laurent HQ / Team: Customer Success / Reports to: CSR Manager / Industry: Promotional Products

Be the go-to expert for your assigned territory—supporting customers from quote to delivery

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and help grow their loyalty to the Spector & Co. brand

Partner with our outside sales team to uncover opportunities and drive results

Represent us at trade shows and client visits (2–3 times/year—passport ready!)

Keep things running smoothly with top-notch communication and problem-solving

1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales

A passion for helping people and making things happen

Bilingual fluency: Strong English skills + Spanish (spoken and written considered an asset)

A self-starter mindset—you treat your accounts like your own business

Team spirit, adaptability, and a positive attitude that lifts others up
