1-3 years direct sales experience
Previous focus for Inside Sales New Business Acquisition, Account Management, Account Executive positions
Relevant Industries:
Proficient at desktop computer use and appropriate applications
Knowledge and proficiency at CRM, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Some College or Equivalent
Ability to address customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Familiarity with, and willingness to navigate, bureaucratic organizations, with an ability to uncover, engage and close business with multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate technical information, handle questions and recommend Galls solutions in a professional manner
Ability to solve problems under pressure
In-depth knowledge of customer ordering procedures and Galls internal processes
Superb organization and prioritization skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong initiative and follow-through to close new business opportunities
Personal motivation to continue improving
Willingness to maintain robust and current GQ record of network and activities
GQ and Zendesk system proficiency
