Overview

AWS Legal Group is expanding our

Inquiry Team

.

We need

disciplined, reliable, client-obsessed

specialists who follow process exactly.

As a law firm, accuracy and speed matter:

you’ll respond to new leads within 10 minutes (during your shift)

, update

monday.com

, and

follow the client until the matter proceeds or is formally closed

.

You will:

respond on WhatsApp/phone/email, qualify,

book consultations

,

attend some consultations

, write

MoM (minutes of meeting)

, and

follow up on quotations

until signature or closure.

You are:

sharp in English (Arabic a plus), fast and polite, process-driven, comfortable with

monday.com

and CRMs, and committed to zero errors.

Legal exposure is a plus or complete our

2-week training at 50% salary

.

Responsibilities

  • **Respond to new leads within 10 minutes**
  • (during your shift) via WhatsApp, phone, and email using firm scripts and tone.
  • Qualify matters,
  • book consultations
  • , manage calendars, and confirm attendance.
  • **Attend selected consultations**
  • , capture
  • MoM (minutes of meeting)
  • , and log action items and deadlines.
  • **Update and manage all records in monday.com**
  • (statuses, owners, due dates, notes, files).
  • **Follow up end-to-end**
  • : from first contact
  • until the case proceeds (retainer signed/payment received) or is formally closed
  • after consultation.
  • **Track and follow up on quotations**
  • : send, clarify, re-issue if needed, and pursue to signature or formal decline.
  • Produce accurate handovers to lawyers; safeguard confidentiality and data protection.
  • Hit weekly KPIs: 10-min SLA adherence, consultation bookings, conversion to retainer, data accuracy, and closed-loop follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken

English

Arabic

  • is a plus.
  • 1–3 years in intake, customer service, or sales ops;
  • law-firm or legal exposure
  • is an advantage.

  • proficiency (or fast learner) and comfort with CRMs, calendars, and WhatsApp Business.

Training & Compensation

  • **Structured onboarding:**
  • 2 weeks at 50% salary
