The Role
Join the Research and Development team as an Innovation Technologist at the Pakenham site.
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity supporting new product development, commercialisation, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
The role works with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
Responsibilities
- Support product innovation and development projects from concept through commercialisation.
- Develop and optimise formulations for new and existing products.
- Conduct product and process trials, including preparation, execution, documentation, and post-trial reviews.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise formulations and ingredient usage with cross-functional teams.
- Establish and validate shelf-life requirements for work-in-progress components, premixes, and blends.
