About The Role

VDITS is IT, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cost Optimization consulting firm operating across the GCC & United States.

We are launching the

Vdits Innovation & Talent Program

, designed to build the next generation of IT & Cybersecurity professionals through

real project exposure and performance-driven growth

This is not a traditional role.

It is an opportunity for individuals to work on

real business problems, contribute ideas, and create measurable impact

in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Project Contribution & Execution

Work on real IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives
Support execution of consulting projects, internal initiatives, and research work
Contribute ideas and solutions to ongoing business challenges

Innovation & Research

Conduct research on market trends, technologies, and business opportunities
Identify innovative solutions in areas such as AI, automation, and cost optimization
Support development of new service offerings and solutions

Data, Analysis & Reporting

Assist in data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard preparation
Support creation of presentations, reports, and business insights
Work with tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms

Technology & Development Support

Contribute to software, web, or automation initiatives (based on skillset)
Support development of tools, dashboards, or internal solutions
Participate in digital transformation and process automation projects

Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with leadership and project teams
Participate in discussions, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing
Continuously learn and apply new technologies and concepts

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong interest in IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or AI
Ability to think analytically and solve problems
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or any programming/analytics tools is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field with High GPA

• Hybrid And Mostly Remote

Flexible working model with alignment to GCC working hours
Candidates based in
Saudi Arabia, UAE, or Pakistan preferred
