Innovation Project Manager

Managing the timely and efficient delivery of innovation projects

Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

Keeping key stakeholders informed on progress and risks

Planning and allocating resources to meet project and business needs

Exercising authority to organise meetings, utilise resources, and influence decision-making across the business

Ensuring project delivery aligns with business goals and customer expectations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)

Excellent time management and organisational capability

A strong customer focus and the energy to drive projects forward

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for delivering results

Credibility to lead cross-functional resources to agreed business objectives and establish strong stakeholder relationships

Relevant tertiary qualifications (Project Management, Science, Marketing, Management or Engineering) or equivalent relevant experience demonstrating the knowledge and capability required for the role

Ability to present & recommend decisions to the business

Minimum 3 years experience in a food related FMCG area

Conversant in software applications – MS Office suite including MS Project
