Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovation strategies aligned with organizational objectives, business priorities, and long term growth plans
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, disruptive technologies, and industry developments to uncover new business opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead innovation programs, idea management initiatives, design thinking workshops, hackathons, and cross functional innovation projects from concept through implementation
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, marketing, finance, customer success, human resources, and executive leadership to develop and execute innovation roadmaps
- Evaluate new business models, products, services, partnerships, digital solutions, automation opportunities, and artificial intelligence (AI) applications that support organizational growth
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer research, business case development, financial modeling, feasibility studies, and return on investment (ROI) assessments for innovation initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including innovation pipeline health, idea conversion rate, project success, time to market, revenue contribution, customer adoption, operational efficiency, and business impact
- Build governance frameworks, innovation processes, stage gate methodologies, and portfolio management practices to ensure disciplined innovation execution
- Drive pilot programs, proof of concept (PoC) initiatives, experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous validation of innovative solutions before large scale implementation
- Promote a culture of creativity, experimentation, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Prepare innovation dashboards, executive reports, business cases, strategic recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership and governance committees
- Lead, mentor, and develop innovation specialists, business analysts, product strategists, and cross functional project teams while fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, Product Management, Technology, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in innovation management, business strategy, product management, digital transformation, management consulting, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing innovation programs, strategic initiatives, or cross functional transformation projects preferred
- Strong understanding of innovation frameworks, design thinking, Lean Startup methodologies, business model innovation, product strategy, emerging technologies, AI, automation, and digital transformation
- Experience with project management platforms, business intelligence tools, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, and innovation management software
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, creativity, organizational, financial modeling, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, facilitation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to transform emerging ideas into scalable business solutions while balancing innovation, operational feasibility, customer value, and organizational priorities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Familiarity with customer journey mapping, service design, experimentation frameworks, portfolio management, and organizational change management is advantageous
