- Facilitate innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking activities

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility assessments for new opportunities
- Establish innovation frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics
- Manage innovation portfolios, project pipelines, and stakeholder engagement activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree or MBA is advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in innovation management, business transformation, strategy, product development, consulting, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience leading innovation programs, strategic initiatives, or cross functional projects preferred
- Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, design thinking, business model development, and change management
- Excellent analytical, creative problem solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

The Role
