- Good knowledge of platform and automation ecosystem

Summary Introduction
- As an Innovation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations strengthen their innovation capabilities.
- You will design and implement customized innovation programs, facilitate ideation and design thinking sessions, and guide teams through the innovation process from concept to scaling.
- Your expertise in market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes will drive the identification of opportunities, while your leadership in training and coaching teams will foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing Innovation Capabilities: Conduct thorough assessments of an organization's existing innovation capabilities, identifying areas of strength and pinpointing opportunities for improvement.
- Designing Custom Innovation Programs: Develop and implement tailored innovation programs that align with organizational goals and address specific challenges.
- Facilitating Ideation and Creative Workshops: Lead dynamic ideation workshops and design thinking sessions to inspire creativity and generate impactful concepts.
- Guiding the Innovation Lifecycle: Provide expert guidance throughout the entire innovation process—from initial idea generation, prototyping, and testing, to the scaling of successful innovations.
- Market and Trend Analysis: Conduct in depth analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify untapped opportunities.
- Developing Business Cases: Craft compelling business cases and implementation strategies for high potential innovation initiatives.
- Training and Coaching: Deliver training sessions and one on one coaching to teams, equipping them with essential innovation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Impact Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of innovation efforts, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or relevant field.
- 2 6 years of experience in Innovation management, emerging technologies implementations, management consulting.
- Strong ability in conducting business & technological research around products.
- Relevant experience includes, but not limited to, Strategy & Operations related consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Innovation related roles in a global organization.
- Good knowledge of the know how of the platform and automation ecosystem.
- Very good presentation and visualization skills.
- PMP, ITIL or TOGAF preferred.
