Identify root cause issues and fix them fast

Adjust processes to prevent defects and reduce scrap

Program and adjust robotics (3-axis experience a plus)

Support mold changes to improve efficiency and throughput

Respond to quality and production issues in real time

Maintain process documentation and standards
