- Plan and achieve daily production targets
- Supervise Injection Moulding, Injection Blow Moulding, and Blow Moulding operations
- Monitor machine performance, cycle times, and production efficiency
- Ensure product quality by minimizing defects such as flash, short shots, warpage, and sink marks
- Supervise mould changing, mould setting, and trial runs
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and machine uptime
- Lead and manage operators, technicians, and helpers
- Train team members on SOPs, safety practices, and 5S
- Maintain production records, downtime reports, and rejection reports
- Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards are followed
