We are Hiring a Sales Representative (KSA)
FUELTECH is an ambitious and fast-growing company poised to become the benchmark partner for fuel station maintenance and equipment solutions in Saudi Arabia.
As part of our 2026 Strategic Growth Plan, we are seeking a high-caliber Key Account Manager to manage our most strategic relationships and drive our expansion across the Kingdom.
• The Role: Strategic Growth & Partnership
- This is a high-impact position for a seasoned professional who understands that in the Saudi fuel sector, relationships are everything.
- You will not just sell equipment; you will be the dedicated strategic partner for major fuel retailers and private station owners.
- Your Mission
- Portfolio Management: Act as the primary point of contact for "Tier 1" accounts (Large networks, Government entities, Major private groups).
- Consultative Selling: Analyze client infrastructure needs and provide end-to-end solutions (Pumps, ATGs, Maintenance Contracts).
- Market Mastery: Navigate local regulations (MoMRA, SASO) to ensure client compliance through FUELTECH services.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and close large-scale tenders and long-term service agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and the Sales Assistant to ensure flawless execution of proposals.
• Your Profile: The Industry Expert
- Expertise: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management specifically within the fuel station or petroleum services industry in KSA.
- Deep Network: You already have an established and trusted network within the Saudi downstream sector.
- Technical Background: Strong knowledge of fuel station equipment (Dispensers, Tank gauging, Fuel management systems).
- Communication: Perfect professional fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Professional Traits: High-level negotiation skills, autonomous, and a "solutions-oriented" mindset.
