Role Overview
SILA Technical Company is seeking an experienced Infrastructure / Water Pipeline Supervisor for a project in Riyadh.
The role focuses on supervising ductile iron water pipeline installation and associated site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of 600 mm ductile iron water pipes.
- Supervise excavation, bedding, pipe laying, jointing, backfilling, and related works.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate daily activities with surveyors, engineers, subcontractors, and the consultant.
- Follow up on hydrostatic pressure testing, flushing, and disinfection.
- Prepare work areas for inspection and consultant approval.
- Monitor manpower, productivity, quality, and site safety.
- Identify and resolve site technical issues.
- Support project handover and required documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in infrastructure or water pipeline works.
- Proven ductile iron pipeline experience, preferably with pipes 600 mm or larger.
- Experience in pressure testing and pipeline commissioning.
- Ability to read drawings and understand levels, alignment, and installation requirements.
