Work Setup

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA, authentication, and access issues.
- Provide L2/L3 escalation support across Windows and macOS environments.
- Support Intune and Jamf endpoint management.
- Manage Windows Server administration, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Automate operational activities using PowerShell.
- Provide basic operational support for Linux and Microsoft SQL Server.
What We Are Looking For
- At least five years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure or Modern Workplace experience.
- Strong Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID administration experience.
- Windows Server and endpoint management experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience working as an escalation point above the Service Desk.
- Knowledge of ITSM, change control, and security-conscious administration.
Highly Desirable Skills
- Intune, Jamf, Azure, hybrid identity, PowerShell, ServiceNow, Linux, or SQL Server experience is highly desirable.
