Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT and facility infrastructure
- Manage servers, networks, and end user devices; monitor system performance; ensure uptime for core applications and platforms
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan upgrades, implement security policies, and resolve incidents
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans, document infrastructure configurations, and ensure compliance with data protection and security standards
- Proactive capacity planning, identifying optimization opportunities, and providing hands on technical support to team members as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and end user devices in a small to medium sized organization
- Strong knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching) and systems administration for Windows and/or Linux environments
- Experience implementing and maintaining IT security controls, including access management, patching, endpoint protection, and data protection practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
- Experience coordinating with external vendors, service providers, and internal teams to deliver infrastructure projects
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills for infrastructure diagrams, procedures, standards, and configuration records
- Ability to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+, cloud certifications) are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Comfort working on site in Dubai in a part time capacity, with flexibility to support occasional off hours maintenance or incident response

Role Description
- The Infrastructure Manager at مؤسسة أمان تك للتوعية والتثقيف المالي will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT and facility infrastructure to support financial awareness and education programs.
- This part time, on site role based in Dubai includes managing servers, networks, and end user devices; monitoring system performance; and ensuring uptime for core applications and platforms.
- The Infrastructure Manager will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan upgrades, implement security policies, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Responsibilities also include maintaining backup and disaster recovery plans, documenting infrastructure configurations, and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection and security standards.
