Requirements
- Strong experience in managing IT infrastructure, including servers (on premises and/or cloud), networks, storage systems, and virtualization technologies

- Proficiency in system monitoring, performance tuning, backup and recovery solutions, and incident troubleshooting in production environments
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and connectivity services
- Ability to document infrastructure architecture, configurations, procedures, and policies in a clear and organized manner
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a part time capacity
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support non technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with financial services or Islamic finance environments is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant professional certifications (such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or cloud certifications) are beneficial

Role Description
- The Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and security systems, to ensure stable and secure operations.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site presence and work from home flexibility as business needs require.
- Day to day tasks include monitoring system performance, managing backups and disaster recovery plans, coordinating software and hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- The Infrastructure Manager will implement best practices for security, access control, and data protection, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business applications and tools.
- The role also involves vendor management, documentation of infrastructure configurations and procedures, and proactive capacity planning to support future growth.
Qualifications
