About the Role
Alpin is seeking a Senior Wet Utilities Technical Specialist with over 15 years of experience to provide technical review, assurance, and delivery support for potable water, wastewater, stormwater, TSE, irrigation, and cooling water networks on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical review, assurance, and delivery support for potable water, wastewater, stormwater, TSE, irrigation, and cooling water networks

- Manage consultant design and authority coordination
- Ensure compliance assurance across GCC and international projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
- Postgraduate qualification preferred (MSc / MEng in Water, Environmental, or Hydraulic Engineering)
- Professional certifications preferred (15+ years’ relevant experience acceptable in lieu)
- Over 15 years of experience in wet utilities technical review, assurance, and delivery support
