About the Role
CHSS - ConsultantHSS seeks an Infrastructure Engineer (Wet Design Utility) for full-time, on-site work in Abu Dhabi. The role involves designing wet utilities infrastructure, preparing drawings and reports, coordinating with teams, and ensuring quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop wet utilities infrastructure including water supply, stormwater, sewage, and related pipeline systems
- Prepare and review design drawings, hydraulic calculations, technical reports, and tender documents
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, authorities, and contractors
- Participate in site inspections and resolve design related issues
- Provide technical support during construction
- Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong infrastructure design skills with experience in wet utilities (water, wastewater, stormwater)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools
- Familiarity with local Abu Dhabi and MENA region standards
- Effective troubleshooting abilities
- Solid networking and network security knowledge
- Previous experience in large scale infrastructure or utility projects, preferably in UAE or MENA

- CHSS – ConsultantHSS is a multidisciplinary engineering firm offering engineering design, architecture, planning, supervision, cost control, and project management across the MENA Region.
Role Description
- Design and develop wet utilities infrastructure including water supply, stormwater, sewage, and related pipeline systems.
- Prepare and review design drawings, hydraulic calculations, technical reports, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, authorities, and contractors.
- Participate in site inspections, resolve design related issues, and provide technical support during construction.
- Ensure quality, safety, and sustainability in all wet utility designs.
- Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong infrastructure design skills with experience in wet utilities and related civil engineering works.
- Proficiency in system administration and infrastructure management.
- Solid networking and network security knowledge.
- Effective troubleshooting abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; advanced degree or certifications are an advantage.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydraulic modeling tools, and familiarity with local Abu Dhabi and MENA region standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Previous experience in large scale infrastructure or utility projects, preferably in UAE or MENA.
