AK (Ali Khan Holdings) is seeking an Infrastructure Draughtsman for Abu Dhabi projects. The role involves preparing detailed drawings for roads, utilities, and drainage systems using AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD and, where applicable, Revit and BIM
- Support design teams in producing layouts for utilities, roads, stormwater, sewerage, and other infrastructure systems
- Ensure all drawings comply with Abu Dhabi authority standards (e.g., ADM, ADDC, DOT, ADSSC)
- Revise drawings as per engineering markups, authority comments, and site changes
- Maintain and update drawing registers and ensure version control of issued documents
- Coordinate with engineers and other draughtsmen to ensure timely delivery of drawings
- Support submission processes to local authorities by providing accurate and complete drawing packages
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects in the UAE
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit and BIM preferred
- Solid understanding of Abu Dhabi infrastructure authority requirements and standards
- Experience in preparing drawings for roads, utilities, and site development works
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and document control practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or Drafting preferred

Job Purpose
