We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure construction projects based in Ottawa. This role is responsible for managing projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out, while ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The successful candidate will bring strong infrastructure and construction project delivery experience and a proven ability to manage multiple aspects of projects end-to-end while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Local and/or airport experience are considered assets but not requirements.

Excel and ERP proficiency is key Assist in overall organizational governance and communications between departments and with consultants Track, monitor, and report on project performance, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as required Evaluate project effectiveness through consultation with clients and project teams Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
