Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Program Manager, ANS

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience/degree.

10+ years of experience in the data center industry with strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.

15+ years of progressive experience in construction, capital projects, project controls, or program management.

Demonstrated functional knowledge of all phases of construction and capital project delivery.

Practical experience across project controls disciplines, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, change management, governance, and reporting.

Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and stakeholders in complex capital delivery environments.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Experience preparing executive-level presentations, governance materials, and program performance reporting.

Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues and drive resolution independently.

Experience in project and program delivery within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent computer skills.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting contract documents, plans, and specifications.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or other capital project management and reporting platforms.

Experience establishing or improving project controls frameworks, governance processes, and performance reporting mechanisms.

Experience supporting large-scale data center, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure programs.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently while influencing diverse stakeholder groups across multiple project functions.
