We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure construction projects based in Ottawa. This role is responsible for managing projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out, while ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The successful candidate will bring strong infrastructure and construction project delivery experience and a proven ability to manage multiple aspects of projects end-to-end while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Local and/or airport experience are considered assets but not requirements.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management
Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out
Construction management experience, including oversight of on-site construction activities
Local, Ottawa-based experience on Federal Government projects is an asset.
Experience building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead mid-sized, multidisciplinary project teams
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline)
Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification like Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM or Ready™ or other recognized Project Management certifications
Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication abilities in both French and English (bilingual)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
