Infrastructure Automation Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of experience automating operations in hybrid environments (on-prem plus cloud such as Azure or other major providers).
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell/Microsoft Graph, Python, Bash, or similar.
• Power Automate experience required.
• Terraform experience preferred.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for on-prem and cloud environments using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

• Reliable, organized, and able to execute work according to standards and runbooks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with Infrastructure Engineers, project managers, and on-site stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to site conditions while still following standards.
• Ownership mindset and commitment to high-quality, safe, and professional installations.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Operational discipline: designs automations with safety, security, logging, and rollback in mind, aligned with change management processes.
• Collaboration: works as a partner to IT Infrastructure and Operations teams, providing reusable tools and frameworks rather than one‑off scripts.
• Documentation & knowledge sharing: produces clear documentation and trains others to adopt and support automation solutions.
