Assisting with the resolution of unusual or escalated customer service issues related to datacentre and network services to ensure that any disruption is minimised.

Responding in a timely manner to datacentre and network issues in order to maintain a highly available service to the business.

Developing and maintaining relationships with technical colleagues working in Engineering, allowing closer collaboration.

Reviewing and recommending new technologies with the aim of improving existing services.

Training and mentoring junior colleagues to raise their levels of expertise and minimise the number of required ticket escalations.

Assisting in analysis of trends in load/throughput and performance against benchmarks.

Assisting in analysis of outages and working on preventative plans.
