Overview
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance aligned with user requirements.
- Provide first-line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
- Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability and data security.
- Support and manage networking equipment and infrastructure, including devices from
Cisco, MikroTik, HP
