About This Role
- You'll be the first line of IT support across Red Steel's client portfolio.
- You're on-site at client offices, you resolve the day-to-day, and you keep things running.
- This is not a call centre role — you're embedded with the client, you know their environment, and you take ownership of issues from start to finish.
- What you do
- Day-to-day support across M365, Teams, Outlook, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- User onboarding and offboarding — accounts, licensing, device setup
- Entra ID / Active Directory: user creation, group management, credential resets
- On-site visits to client offices 1–2 days per week
- Ticket logging and documentation — everything gets written down
- Vendor coordination for warranties, repairs, and hardware procurement
- Supporting senior engineers on network, server, and infrastructure tasks when needed
- What we look for
- 1–3 years in IT support or helpdesk
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 — Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Basic Entra ID or Active Directory experience
- You communicate clearly with non-technical users and you follow through
- Saudi-based or willing to relocate to Riyadh
