Role Overview
Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Information Technology Support Engineer (UAEN) to join its IT team.
The role provides first-level technical support and maintains user equipment, applications, accounts, and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support and resolve hardware, software, and IT-related problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and system access.
- Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
- Track support requests in the ticketing system and maintain IT asset documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to internal IT teams or external providers.
- Follow IT security policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- At least two years of experience in IT support or a similar role is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common IT applications is required.
- Basic networking knowledge, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer-service orientation are required.
