Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Support Engineer role based in Dubai.
The role provides daily technical and help desk support to internal teams and clients.
Technical Support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and ERP-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and apply updates and patches as needed.
- Document issues and resolutions and escalate complex problems when required.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with development and implementation teams to maintain stable and secure IT environments.
- Communicate professionally with users and provide clear guidance on technical matters.
- Adhere to company policies and security standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical support and help desk support skills for resolving user issues and service requests.
- Solid information technology and system administration skills for managing hardware, software, and network environments.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and fixing technical problems efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software, Windows/Linux operating systems, and basic networking concepts is beneficial.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar are advantageous.
