Job Summary
Provide technical and operational support for IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and end-user technology environments.
Support troubleshooting, system administration, IT service maintenance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for end users and IT services.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform system administration and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor IT services and identify operational issues proactively.
- Support deployments, upgrades, configurations, and testing activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and service records.
- Escalate complex incidents and problems to senior technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and service management processes.
- Deliver excellent customer support and maintain high service standards.
