Role Overview
Join the IT team as an IT Engineer supporting infrastructure, pharmacy and business systems, eCommerce platforms, integrations, and branch operations.
Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical, retail, or a similar environment is preferred, while strong relevant experience from other industries is also considered.
IT Infrastructure and Support
- Manage and support IT operations across pharmacy branches, warehouses, and head office.
- Maintain and troubleshoot servers, computers, networks, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Monitor IT systems for availability, security, and performance.
Pharmacy and Business Systems
- Support pharmacy applications, POS systems, ERP systems, and other business applications.
- Work with internal teams and system vendors to troubleshoot and improve business systems.
- Pharmacy operations, drug databases, batches, expiry dates, inventory, and related workflows are preferred areas of knowledge.
