- Supervise daily IT operations across all branches and the head office
- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users
- Maintain and optimize the Odoo ERP system to support business operations
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT related services and maintenance
- Monitor system performance, identify potential risks, and implement preventive measures
- Prepare regular reports and escalate critical issues when necessary
- Support the implementation of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and supervision
- Previous experience in multi site restaurants, retail, hospitality, ice cream, or dessert businesses is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Odoo ERP systems
- Good understanding of network infrastructure and basic cybersecurity practices
- Experience in coordinating with IT vendors and monitoring IT related budgets and expenses
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with operations, finance, and senior management teams
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects across different locations
