Under the direction of the Information Technology Manager, the incumbent: Monitors, manages, and reports on the performance of the Desktop and Server Support (Customer Services) Group Collaborates with other IT Supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery across the organization Oversees the evaluation, implementation, and administration of new technology solutions Provides technical direction, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
