Role overview
The State of Ohio is seeking an Information Technology Supervisor to lead the Gaming Systems and UAT team.
The role combines technical leadership, people supervision, software analysis and acceptance testing for central gaming system changes.
The supervisor serves as the primary contact with the central gaming system vendor.
Team leadership
- Lead, mentor and supervise a team of Business Process Analysts.
- Assign and prioritise team work, enforce standards and conduct performance reviews.
- Support career development planning and technical training for team members.
Testing and requirements
- Manage analysis and acceptance testing of gaming vendor software and related internal and external modifications before production installation.
- Manage the gathering, creation and coordination of technical and business requirements.
- Review documentation and test results and manage detailed acceptance testing scripts.
- Review or develop test data and procedures and monitor system test results.
