Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
• Manage computers, printers, peripheral devices, IT assets, hardware, and software.
• Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications.
• Support ERP systems such as Odoo and SAP.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.
• Support IT networks, communications, and infrastructure.
• Monitor system and network performance and resolve technical failures.
• Monitor software licenses, subscriptions, and IT services.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors.
• Perform data backups and follow business continuity procedures.
• Implement information security policies and maintain IT documentation.
• Prepare reports, follow support requests through closure, and support IT upgrades.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
• Two to five years of professional experience in information technology.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
• Experience with operating systems, networks, IT infrastructure, and network support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and access management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
