Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an

Information Technology Sales Executive

.

The role requires generating

new sales from outside the company

, visiting clients, building long-term customer relationships, and promoting Smart Infinitech’s IT Support, Cloud, AI Automation, and Website services.

Responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with technical teams to meet sales targets and deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B sales through field visits and prospecting
  • Identify and approach potential clients across Dubai
  • Present IT, cloud, automation, and website services
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service packages
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
  • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
  • Coordinate with technical staff during project delivery
  • Achieve monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technology solutions sales
  • Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
  • Ability to conduct
  • outdoor sales
  • and meet clients professionally
  • Good understanding of IT support, cloud, and digital systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to convert prospects into long-term customers
  • Knowledge of the UAE SME market (preferred)
  • Must currently be in the UAE
  • **UAE driving license is an advantage**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)

Salary

AED 1,800 – 2,000 + Commission
