Role Description
SBS is seeking a dynamic and target-driven **Sales Account Manager** to manage and grow client accounts within our IT solutions portfolio.
The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop assigned client accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential clients.
Promote and sell IT solutions including software, hardware, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with technical teams.
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and payment collection.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
3+ years of Proven sales experience in the IT industry (B2B preferred) in KSA Market.
Strong knowledge of IT products and enterprise solutions.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and account management abilities.
