Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment process for IT and technical positions
- Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job profiles
- Build talent pipelines and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Schedule and follow up on interviews, manage offers and onboarding
- Conduct market research on IT talent trends and participate in career events

- Proven hiring capabilities with track record of filling positions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field

Role Description
- Manage end to end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job profiles.

Qualifications

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar, and manage multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience recruiting for system integrators or IT services is an advantage.
