Role Description

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Build and maintain pipelines of IT talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements.
• Ensure a fair and inclusive recruitment process aligned with the organization's mission.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records using applicant tracking tools.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting and hiring, including managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency in IT recruitment and technical recruiting, with an understanding of common IT roles, skills, and technologies.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to non-discriminatory and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and modern sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Abu Dhabi while managing time and priorities independently.
• Prior recruiting experience in the legal, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
