About the Role
Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) seeks an IT Operations Specialist to administer, support, and maintain technology infrastructure, systems, and services. The role includes server administration, end-user support, network management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain servers, virtual machines, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, backups, and related systems
- Manage Windows Server services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policy, and identity management
- Manage backup, recovery, and business continuity systems to ensure service availability and data protection
- Provide technical support for end user devices, software applications, and connectivity issues
- Manage endpoint devices, user accounts, permissions, access requests, and meeting room technologies
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including user provisioning and equipment allocation
- Perform lifecycle management of IT assets, including inventory tracking, allocation, maintenance, replacement and disposal
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless networks, and Cisco Unified Communications
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues and maintain infrastructure documentation
- Support server room operations and coordinate with vendors for infrastructure maintenance, deployments, and technical escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or Network Administration
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking technologies
- Proficiency in English is required

Role Summary
- The IT Operations Specialist operates within a lean technology environment and is responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and operations of the technology infrastructure, systems, and services.
Systems & Server Administration
- Administer and maintain servers, virtual machines, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, backups, and related systems.
