Role Overview
Own KGeN's internal devices, identities, endpoints, and IT assets as a hands-on single owner.
Partner closely with the Head of Security, with the role directly contributing to the company's security posture.
Initial Priorities
- Take ownership of the device fleet and fully roll out Microsoft Intune and SentinelOne with baseline endpoint compliance enforcement.
- Establish an auditable joiner-mover-leaver process for reliable access provisioning and revocation.
- Build a single source of truth for IT assets, licenses, and SaaS ownership.
Core Responsibilities
- Own procurement, inventory, assignment, and retirement of laptops, peripherals, and other hardware.
- Provision, change, and deprovision access across systems as employees join, change teams, and leave.
- Deploy and operate Intune for device management, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app management.
