Fahed Group is seeking an IT Officer to maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems. The role involves diagnosing hardware/software issues, providing technical support, and ensuring system performance and security.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end user systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to staff
- Monitor network and system performance
- Manage backups, updates, and patches
- Document IT processes and incidents
- Assist with IT projects and upgrades
- Support continuous improvement of technology services across the Group
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Information Technology
- Hands on skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Experience in Network Administration
- Experience in System Administration
- Experience working with ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and communicate clearly with non technical stakeholders
- Previous experience in a corporate or multi site environment in the Gulf region is an advantage
- Valid Qatari resident and transferable

Role Description
- The Information Technology Officer is a full time, on site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure.
