Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee the organization’s Information Technology operations.
The role involves planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all IT-related activities, ensuring the effective implementation of medical, clinical, and management information systems in alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate IT operations, including information systems and electronic data processing.
· Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and system controls.
· Collaborate with management to determine system requirements, timelines, and cost considerations.
· Manage IT budgets, resources, and expenditures efficiently.
· Lead, supervise, and manage IT staff, contractors, and vendors.
· Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and technical issues.
· Ensure data security, system integrity, and compliance with organizational policies.
· Manage user access, network accounts, IP configurations, and cybersecurity measures.
· Conduct staff training and provide ongoing technical support.
· Maintain inventory of IT assets and recommend procurement of new technologies.
· Monitor system performance, downtime procedures, and maintenance logs.
· Promote collaboration across departments and ensure effective communication of IT initiatives.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
- Master’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of network administration, installation, and systems management
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and virus management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
